The first question is not which headset has the most features. It is what base station and communication platform the restaurant uses now. Drive-thru headsets are generally built to work within a specific manufacturer ecosystem. A headset from one platform may not register, charge, or communicate correctly with another platform, even when the connector or physical design looks similar.
