🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items under the following conditions.

2. Return & Exchange Timeframes

All Product purchases from PCPOS Systems comes with a 30 days Return or Exchange Window.

  • Must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Must be unused and in original sealed packaging
  • Must be in like-new condition with original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software or licenses (unless defective)
  • Special/custom orders
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products showing physical damage or signs of misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Consumable Goods, including Batteries

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Visit www.pcpos.ca - Return and Exchange.
  • Enter your Order or Invoice Number, email address and complete the form.
  • Allow 3–5 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
  • If paid by credit/debit card, allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear
  • Store credit or exchange may be offered in place of a refund in certain cases

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

7. Warranty Claims

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where provided
  • We can assist in facilitating warranty claims if needed (valid proof of purchase required)
